Chris Ohana, PhD, Internal Evaluator: Assistant Professor of Elementary Education and Science Education at WWU. Dr. Ohana specializes in mathematics and science education. A former elementary teacher, she teaches elementary mathematics and science methods and practicum and graduate science education and research methods. Dr. Ohana will coordinate and execute the research and evaluation plan.

Jim Minstrell, PhD , External Evaluator: Research scientist at FACET Innovations in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Minstrell has taught at the elementary, high school, and university levels. He consults with several large projects developing assessment tools, conducting professional development for teachers, and conducting evaluation. He acts as external evaluator for The Information Technology in Science (ITS) Center for Learning and Teaching at Texas A & M and assists with external evaluation of The Center for Informal Learning and Schools (CILS).
